the treatment depends on the cause , and we advice you, Do not insert solid objects into the ear, and make sure that water does not enter the ear , and you can use antibiotics like Amoxicillin-calvulanic acid 500mg 2 times daily and Metronidazole 500mg 3 times daily for 1 week , with local Gentamicin ear drop 3 times daily , and for pain you can use Ibuprofen 600mg 2 times daily

By taking full medical history and clinical examination and doig CBC to detect infection and doing Otoscope examination
