Treatment of back pain :
the treatment depends on the cause , so we advice to take rest for at least 3 days and apply cold compressors every 20 min. and take trofen 600mg three times daily anduse diclofen gel 4 times daily and take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation , and for inflammation you can use NSAIDs like Celecoxib 200mg once daily
Diagnosis :
If your symptoms arent improved within 10 days . you should visit your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and to order x ray and doing CBC and ESR level and MRI if needed
