Treatment of testicular movment during ejaculation :
the treatment depends on the cause , and the movment of the testicles, is normal in 80%, but in some cases the treatment is done by a surgical procedure to fix the testicle in the scrotum for fear of the testicle being twisted
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect inflamation and measure the testosterone level and doing ultrasound on the testis
