Stage 4 breast cancer means that breast cancer has spread to other body organs and to the nearby lymph nodes . When breast cancer spreads , it commonly spreads to bones , lungs , liver and brain.
So, breast cancer in stage 4 being very hard to be treated even with TDM1 but it may be helpful .
TDM1 is a drug used to treat certain patients with HER2-Positive breast cancer but it may be not useful in patients with stage 4 breast cancer as it has already spresd to other body organs and parts .
