When does pregnancy happen ?
pregnancy happen when sexual intercourse with ejaculation take places in ovulations days or soon earlier before ovulation days as semen may stay active up to 5 days in female uterus

We advise intercourse during ovulation days, which begin on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle, and we advise choosing a suitable position for intercourse, and we also advise paying attention to good nutrition, using a folic acid supplement once a day, and using a multivitamin supplement, and the husband should take a zinc supplement once a day
Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC , and mesure the LH , FSH levels and doing thyroid function test and mesure the level of prolactine , and semen analysis

you should visit hte gynecologist to get proper managment
