What is the normal length of the penis?
Usually the normal length of the penis during erection is 10-15 cm and if yours is less than 7 cm it's considered small and requires an assessment by the urologist 

How to increase the length of the penis?
Firstly, you should visit the urologist in order to make a full assessment to your condition especially if your penis length is less than the normal one during erection. As the small penile length might need an intervention such as silicone injections or pump implants inside the penis.
