How to treat left cheek and eye side swelling and joint light pain
it may be due to skin infection which can be treated by antibiotics like ceftriaxon or it may be caused by face trauma which can be treated by drugs like ibuprofen or it may be caused by severe sinusitis which can be treated by antibiotics like augmintin and in severe cases then intravenous antibiotics like ceftriaxone can be given

you should be assessed by the physician to evaluate the nose and the sinuses to exclude the presence of infection in it and and if there is discharges then a sapmle can be taken and examind to exclude the presence of bacterial or fungal infection and if there is suspicion of tumor in the face then brain CT can be done
