how to treat problem of breathing due to exposure to cold water and cold air
to prevent this problem on breathing then you should avoid exposure to cold water and you should use warm water for bathing and you should protect your self from cold wather by wearing enough clothes and you may hve Cold-induced asthma which can be treated by using bronchodilator like albuterol and you can use flutocasone and in severe cases then you can use oral cortisone and if there is chest infection then you can use antibiotics like augmintin
How to diagnose problem of breathing due to exposure to cold water and cold air
you should be assessed by the pulmonologist to exclude and has chest x ray done to exclude the presence of chest infection and if there is suspicion in the presence of asthma then you can has nitric oxide in the exhaled air done
