I'm COVID postive....what medicine i should take

Treatment of COVID 19 infection :
The treatment is depending on the severity of infection and in case of simple infection the treatment includes pain killers and antipyretic drugs containing Paracetamol and drugs containing Vitamin C and zinc .
In addition, you shoud have rest, take plenty of fluids, eat healthy food and avoid stress and being exhausted .
In case of severe infection associated with difficulty of breathing and decrease in oxygen saturation, you may need to be treated in hospital or ICU according to the doctor opinion afer examination of your condition .
Diagnosis of COVID 19 infection :
The diagnosis is made by taking full history, clinical examination and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, infection and inflammation marks ESR and CRP, levels of serum ferritin, LDH and D-dimer, doing PCR , doing chest x-ray and CT scan .
Symptoms of COVID 19 infection :

- sneezing 
- Sore throat
- bone ache
- exhaustion 
- loss of taste and smell
- difficultly of breathing
