Good Afternoon Doctor.
Last month I noticed my two palam and fingers got swollen and itchy mostly at night and morning. In few weeks, it got less, there were some rash underneath the skin in my palms and fingers mostly visible in my fingers when I close my palm. Now my palms and fingers are dry, pale, wrinkled without itching. I really don't know what to do about it.
Please help me.

Treatment
It is type of allergic skin reactions at most cases. Firstly, you have to avoid any factors or causes related to these symptoms like chemicals, Avoid itching as you can. You can use betamethasone cream three to four times daily to relieve symptoms in addition to Vaseline cream twice or three times. Also, you can apply OLAY or DOVE lotion cream to relieve symptoms.
