I had intercourse, bro, after 4 days my menstruation stopped and now it's almost 3 weeks, I did a test pack 10 days after having sex and 2 weeks after that, and the results were negative. Can I take birth control pills now or what medicine should I take to get me Can I get my period back quickly? Please explain

I'm in anxiety, because it's related to work, I can't get pregnant yet, and in the near future I have to do it for my medical visa. I got my period on December 18, 2021 and I had sex on December 25. So what should I do I've already did a pack test on urine 2 times and the results were negative, does this mean I am safe and not positive for pregnancy?

Delayed period :
First of all you have to exclude pregnancy as it's the most common cause for delayed period in your condition . If pregnancy tests were negative your doctor will prescribe medication such as Cidolut nor twice daily for 3 weeks and follow up your condition .
