What is the treatment of your symptoms?
Dear customer, first of all we should emphesize about the importance of visiting your health provider for assessment and evaluation of your condition as there are different causes that might lead to the symptoms you have. If there is anemia, then it will be treated according to it's type by Ferrous sulphate tabs, folic acid and vitamin B12 supplements. If there is chest infection, then it will be treated by antibiotic such as Augmentin 1000mg twice a day for a week. Covid-19 infection should also be ruled out.

Diagnosis:
Physical examination by the doctor. Complete blood count to  check for anemia or infection. Chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia, PCR to rule out covid-19, echo to rule out any heart problem and CT scan of the chest if required
