Treatment of heavy menses bleeding
It is common problem affecting high percentage of females due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you can take ibbuprofen three to four times daily to decrease bleeding in addition to Hexakapron 1 gram once ot twice daily for days. You can take Priminu r tabs twice daily for ten days to decrease bleeding
Investigations to do
CBC for level of hemoglobin to exclude anemia. US for thickness of uterus and evaluation of both ovaries. you can do D&C biopsy if it is chronic problem
