Doctor I am worry , as last Sunday I had sex with prostitute using condom but it got burst inside and I continued till climax, after that I removed the condom and clean my penis with wet tissue, after sometime then I noticed 2 very thin 1mm size cut on my penis which could have occurred during intercourse, I am stressed what to do.

You have to review the doctor for examination and doing investigations to exclude being infected with sexually transmitted disease .
Diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases :
The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammation and infection marks ESR and CRP, blood tests for HIV and syphilis, urine sample for examination and taking fluid samples from genital sores for histopathological examination .
Symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases :
- fever
- lower abdominal pain
- abnormal discharge from penis
- testicular pain
- painful and burning urination
- painful and swollen testicles
- itching
- rash
- swollen lymph nodes
- fatigue
