I have pain in low abdominal too much I'm bleeding...

Treatment of vaginal bleeding :

The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical examination and determining  the cause and the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor .
The treatment also includes pain killers containing Paracetamol, non-steroidal anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen and drugs that help to stop bleeding containing Tranexamic acid and antibiotics in case of bacterial infection or antifungal infection in case of fungal infection  .

Diagnosis of vaginal bleeding :

The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP, fasting and random blood glucose level, HbA1C, tumor markers, cervical and uterine biopsy and doing pelvic and abdominal ultrasound .

Causes of vaginal bleeding  :

- bacterial infection

- fungal infection

- vaginal dryness

- trauma

- uterine and cervical cancer 

- Pelvic inflammatory disease 

- fibroids 

- Diabetes
