How to treat piles
you can treat piles by using ointments like pilex which help in reducing the size of the pile also you can use lidocaine ointment which help in relieving the pain also you can use oral analgesics like ibuprofen to improve the pain and you should prevent constipation by eating enough fiber in diet and you should drink enough water throughout the day to meke the stool soft and you can use laxative like macrogol
How to investigate piles
you should be assessed by the physician and proctoscope can be done to diagnose the type of piles and if there is bleeding in the stool then CBC should be done to exclude the presence of anemia
