Treatment of vaginal tighting
It is common problem known as vaginismus. IT is caused by innvoluntary movement of vaginal muscles leading to painful sex mostly. Firstly, you can Kegel exercieses to relax muscles. There are many topical creams like Nitroglycerin cream two to three times daily on vagina to avoid spasm. There is a role for cognitive behavioral therapy.
Investigations to do
It is a clinical diagnosis issue where there is no role for blood tests.
