Treatment of white discharge from the penis
It is a very common problem and may be associated with an infection in the penis or urinary tract. First of all, we advise to completely and permanently avoid masturbation because of its harmful effects on the body. White secretions may be the result of uncontrolled semen descent and exit or as a result of infections. In the event that the cause is infections in the penis, it is recommended to use an anti-ciprofloxacillin 500 mg course twice daily for two weeks, along with an anti-doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for seven days until the doctor is consulted.
Required checks
A urinalysis may be done to rule out a urinary tract infection. Examination for semen analysis to exclude infection, and a sample of white secretion was taken and examined
