Treatment of skin gaps :
The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and clinical examination and determining the cause and then the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor .
The treatment also includes topical antibiotics in case of bacterial infection, topical steroids, in addition to the possibility of laser .
Diagnosis of skin gaps :
The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and examination of skin and taking sample from skin for histopathological examination and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP .
