Treatment of hands numbness:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may include conservative management as avoiding lifting heavy objects, physiotherapy, good nutrition, avoiding stress, and treating thyroid disease, and control diabetes, or treating cervical disc either by medications or surgery and you may need urgery for carpal tunnel syndrome...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of hands nubmness:
You have to visit a neurologist for clinical examination and investigations as CBC to detec anemia, TSH, Free T4 for thyroid disease, Ca, Vitamin B, Cervical x-ray or MRI, EMG and NCS, Glucose level...etc
Causes of hands nubness:
It may be due to:
- Stress and psychological problems
- Thyroid disease
- Diabetes
- Poor nutrition and low vitamin b
- Cervical disc
- Carpal tunnel syndrome...etc
