I am having problem in periods. I get periods stop after every winter like Feb to may . Kindly suggest. Last time my ESR was 20 so I think that is the reason again

Delayed period :
First of all you have to exclude pregnancy as it's the most common cause for delayed period in your condition . If pregnancy tests were negative your doctor will prescribe medication such as Cidolut nor twice daily for 3 weeks and follow up your condition . Doctors often prescribe birth control pills (oral contraceptives) containing the hormones estrogen and progesterone to help control irregular periods. A hormone medication called progestin can also help trigger periods in women who don't get them.
