got my ear wax removed .the procedure was very noisy .the doctor used instrumental device to suck the wax .i heard that it can generate up to 120DB which is harmful to hearing ....was my hearing affected ?

You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation and in case of Ear wax you doctor will wash your ears using special equipments and Your doctor will presribe Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever with treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection : Zithrocin tab or Amoxillin . ( Augmentin 1gm twice daily for 7 days
