Testicular pain treatment:

Furthermore, it is recommended to get some rest and to avoid vigorous physical exertion.

Diagnosis:
History taking and clinical examination to be done by urologist. Complete blood test (CBC) to detect the presence of infection represented by high white blood cells. Urine analysis to rule out the presence of UTI. Semen analysis to rule out prostate infection. Moreover, ultrasound can be used to detect varicocele or any other problems in the testis.
