Treatment of heavy discharge
It is common symptom due to vaginal infections at most cases. Firstly, you can use gyndektazole supp. once daily for five days in addition to metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for one week. Also you can use vaginal douch to relieve discharge.
Investigations to do
CBC for level of WBC and hemoglobin. Urine analysis to exclude associated UTI. you can take vaginal swab for culture to determine bacterial or microbes causes your discharge
