Treatment of gonorrhea :
Gonorrhea is a purulent infection of the mucous membrane surfaces , which is a sexually transmitted infection caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae , and can be treated by using Antibiotics which are Ceftriaxone 250mg injection IM , and oral Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and Doing CBC to detect infection and urine analysis and C&S frm discharge
Symptoms :
