Treatment of absent menses with dark blood
You can wait for one week as absnet or delayed menses is expected due to physiological causes. If your menses still absent you can do a pregnancy test to confirm or exclude preognancy. IF your pregnancy test is negative you can ask about PROVERA tabs twice daily for five days then stop the drug.
