the treatment
Pelvic inflammatory syndrome caused by the presence of a bacterial infection in the vagina, and because it is not treated, it causes complications in this case and ascends to the ovaries and uterus and causes symptoms. maybe due to fungal infection,need ketokonazole or bacterial infection, Flagyl can be taken, or in the case of gonorrhea, take the antibiotic.like azithromycin
Diagnosis
Through a vaginal examination,maybe need ultrasound , a blood test, that show if there an increase in white blood cells more than 12 thousand, and a urine examination as well. in some cases need laproscopy
