Treatment of thick blood after menses
It is common problem due to many factors and causes mostly related to hormonal imbalances. You can wait for another month if your menses is still irregular or not. You can take antibiotic to relieve inflammation in uterus like doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for five days

You can do a CBC for level of WBC and HGB. US for your uterus and ovaries
