For the last 2 years am facing problem on...
For the last 2 years am facing problem on urination. Im feeling my bladder is not emptying fully, have frequent urination with less amount of urine and also poor force and spraying thin stream of urine and ejaculation also have less for than usual. Before 6 months i have done uroflowmetry, ultrasound and RGU the urine flow is normal and ultrasound does nt dectect any bladder and prostrate problems and RGU doesn't dectect any kind of uretheral strictures but now also my urine force is low and frequent feeling of urination sometimes also have dribbling of urine. I feel that my external urethera is tight and decrease pressure sir please kindly give a reply

Treatment of the problem:
Treatment depends on the cause and may include conservative management by drinking good amount of water daily, and avoiding salts to treat infections and salts, and you may need good antibiotic as levofloxacin 750 mg once daily to treat infection, and you may need surgical intervention as removal of renal stones
Dignosis of the cause of the problem:
It depends on the clinical examination of an urologist and investigations as urine analysis and culture to detect infection and its type, and renal function tests ( urea, creatinine ), and PSA for prostate problems, and radiological studies for genitourinary system
Causes of the problem:
It may be due to:
- Urinary tract infection
- Renal stones
- Prostatitis
- Prostate enalrgment
- Psychological causes as stress
What i advise you?
You may need cystoscopy procedure to detect urinary bladder problems.
