My menstruation didn't come, almost 2 months...

Treatment of the menstrual disturbance :

The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical examination and determining the cause and then the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor .
The most common cause of menstrual delay is pregnancy and it's confirmed by pregnancy test and pregnancy hormone level in blood and pregnancy test in urine .
The treatment in case of polycystic ovary syndrome includes hormonal therapy and weight reduced, in addition to the possibility of surgical treatment .

Diagnosis of menstrual disturbance :

The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP, thyroid functions, pregnancy test in blood and urine and doing pelvic and abdominal ultrasound .

Causes of menstrual disturbance :

- Pregnancy 

- Polycystic ovary syndrome 

- Thyroid disfunction 

- stress

- anemia

- emotional disturbance 

- Exhaustion 

- aggressive exercise
