treatment:
- fever is a symptom, not a disease, and a person’s temperature can rise as a result of several causes, and therefore a doctor must be consulted to run the necessary tests and then treatment according to the cause, currently in this period,having fever requires that the possibility of infection with the emerging coronavirus be excluded, especially if it coincides with other symptoms such as headache, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, so we recommend first doing a PCR swab to exclude the possibility of infection with the virus, and in the event that this possibility is excluded, other causes will be considered, the most common of which will be mentioned later, and to reduce the temperature currently it is recommended to follow some tips such as putting on less Clothes, drink enough water and keep the body hydrated, put water compresses on the back of the neck, under the armpit, and on the inner sides of the thigh frequently throughout the day, take a lukewarm water bath, and take a a drug such as Paracetamol 500mg four times a day.

- The diagnosis is made by taking the medical history, what symptoms the patient suffers from, a clinical examination for him, and then running some tests such as a complete blood test (CBC) to assess the white blood cell count, PCR examination to exclude infection with the Coronavirus, a chest x-ray to exclude chest infections, urine test to exclude urinary tract infection, spinal fluid examination to exclude meningitis, otoscopy to exclude otitis media, stool examination to exclude gastrointestinal infections, ESR, CRP, and other tests
