Treatment
The possible diagnosis is an irritation of the post nala space via the previously inserted tubes which can be releaved using Menthol spray times a day in addition to Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily and conult an ENT specialist in case of progressive symptomes
Investigations
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to exclude infection
