my neck hurt me and I can't move it

Treatment of the neck pain :

The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical examination and determining the cause and then the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor .
The treatment also includes pain killers containing Paracetamol, non-steroidal anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen and drugs for neurological pain containing Amitriptyline and topical anti inflammatory drugs .

Diagnosis of neck pain :

The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP and doing x-ray and ultrasound on neck .

Causes of neck pain :

- worn joints
