Hello Doc. This is Marianne Sotelo im filipina and workinh in Dubai UAE. I started to have hives since September 2021. People told me might be stress, cold or hot temperatures. Please help me how to get rid of hives. its already 7months having this problem.

Treatment of hives
It is common problem and type of allergy. Firstly, you have to avoid factors you see exacerbate your symptoms. You can Take anti histamine drugs like Cetirizine tabs twice daily for days to relieve symptoms. You can ask about iinjections like antihistamin or corticosteroids injections every three month to avoid symptoms
