Hi doc i want to ask that my periods came 3 days before from last month date .but it didn't come properly just spotting was there.spot is coming since 10 day still there is happing .mostly its a brown discharge.feeling nausea also somtimes in a day.cramps in lower belly n also at lower body part.what can be the reason behind all this
