Increased Rubella IGg titer
It is common type of infection during pregnancy. IGg titers indicate there is previous infection and not an active one. There is no problem and do not worry. At most cases your fetus will not be affected by this titer
Investigations to do
There is no need to do blood tests. You can do US for structural abnormalities at 16 - 20 weeks gestation.
