I am a medical student 1st year 20 year old,studying abroad.now a days I cant concentrate in my studies, feeling headache.I am sleeping more than 8 hour,but I am not satisfied with that sleep,and some times I cant sleep,I dont know why I am crying al vote.I didn't told anyone about it.and I think its more than 3 month .I want to get rid of it,I want concentrate in my studies with out over thinking, what will I do ,???

Treatment of headache:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can relief headache by conservative management by rest, avoid stress, get enough time of sleep, an you can take panadol extra 500 mg three times daily
Diagnosis of the cause of headache:
You have to visist you doctor for clinical examination and investigations as CBC for anemia, blood pressure, sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis, cervical x-ray to detect muscle spasm and disc, and brain CT scan if needed.
Causes of headache:
It may be due to:
- Stress and anxiety
- Neck muscle spasm associated with headache on the back of head, dizziness, neck pain
- High blood pressure
- Sinusitis associated with headache on front of head, nasal congestion, runny nose
- Ear problems as otitis media
- Anemia associated with dyspnea and general fatigue
- Brain problems as tumors...etc
