Causes and treatment for abnormalitis on the nipple ?
the bove mentioned symptoms are common , though you must be referred to your doctor for evaluation. The causes may vary and range from simple causes such as skin allergy or infections and infection caused by the expansion of the milk ducts to tumors.
Among the diseases that should be excluded is Paget's disease.. It is a rare tumor that affects the internal ducts below or inside the nipple, and some crusts or skin sensitivity appear on the nipple in addition to some secretions
If Paget's disease is proven, treatment may require an excision also, chemotherapy may be required in addition to sometimes radiotherapy or hormone therapy as adjuvant treatments to prevent the recurrence of breast cancer.
in case of infections you may prescribed some antibiotics such as fusidin

Diagnosis 
Done by a clinical examination of the breast, in addition to making the necessary images from a breast ultrasound and mammography, in addition to performing an assessment and taking a biopsy of the breast .. Sometimes some types of imaging are required such as MRI or CT
Symptoms 

Symptoms differ from one person to another.. Among the symptoms:
nipple peeling
• Stiffness of the skin of the nipple

• a tingling feeling
Yellow papillary secretions
• burning sensation
• bloody secretions
• Thickening of the skin of the breast
• breast lump
