Good morning doc. I'm worried about my menstruation its already 3 weeks not. StopMy regular day of menstruation is 3 to 5days. This is a first time happened. I am 43 years old. And I am legition.

What is the managemet of irregular menses
Irregular menses is a common complain after the age of 40 that could result from various causes and Compined contraceptive pills are an effective medication to control mensturation after consultation of a gynecologist. in addition to COCP, Hexacabron tab could be used on daily basis till stop of mensturation in addition to IBUPROFEN 400 MG TAB  twice daily.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to look for anemia, TSH, FT4 to look for thyroid dysfunction, LH, FSH to look for signs of early menapause, in addition to abdominal US to look for ovarian and uterine abnormalities

  • Thyroid  dysfuntion
  • ovarian cyst
  • uterine fibroid 
  • Endometrial hyperplasia
