I'm having a skn infection

Treatment of the skin infection :

The treatment is being decided according to the cause of your symptoms after doing investigations and medical examination and determining the cause and then the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor .
The treatment includes pain killers containing Paracetamol, non-steroidal anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen, anti inflammatory drugs containing Chymotrypsin and systemic and topical antibiotics containing Gentamycin and Fucidic acid, in addition to the importance of cleaning skin .

Diagnosis of skin infection :

The diagnosis is made by taking full history and clinical examination of the patient and doing investigations including blood investigations like CBC, inflammatory and infection marks ESR and CRP, thyroid functions, kidney functions, liver functions, level of bile salts, levels of HbA1C and fasting blood glucose and allergy test .

Symptoms of skin infection :

- Itching 

- pain

- burning sensation 

- redness 

- oedema 

- discharge

- inflammation
