Treatment of priapism:
Well, the treatment depends on the type of priapism either ischemic or non-ischemis. Ischemic priapism is an emergency situation which needs an urgent interventions such as Aspiration decompression, some medications such as phenylephrine can be used and surgical intervention if the pervious treatments are not successful.
