I got burned on my skin steam iron for clothes but for like a second or so it turned red i pit cold water on it but after 2 or three days it turned brown what do i do for it to disapear

Treatment of first degree burn pigmentation
the pigmentation following 1st degree burn is common and can disappear spontaneously without any intervention bu if needed the use of Hydroquinon cream is of benifit and could be used to treat hyperpigmented spots .
