hi doctor, I have an urgent question,six months ago my mother started complaining from her left eye has a blurry vision from times to times , but now the matter is so serious, her sight is being reduced and the blurry vision increased. after eye examination,the doctors vary in their diagnosis, some said she has glaucoma, and others said there is a cataract in her eye in its beginning stage which might be the reason of this cloudy and blurry vision. can you help us please?

Treatment of reduced sight 
in case of reduced sight due to glaucoma which manifisted as increased pressure inside the eye that threaten the retina and most patients presented complaining of hedache. the treatment of glaucoma is with eye drops that reduce pressure inside the eye like Asetazolamide ED. In most cases of cataract its associated with glaucoma and should be treated with lense exchange. other causes of reduced sight should be excluded as well. Consult an ophthalmologist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam. the sight should be assessed, retina should be examined under slitlamp, signs of cataract would be assessd using OCT, Brain MRI to exclude pressure on ophthalmic nerve
