Hi doctor.i want to asked about my condition.i think i have bad breath and i always buy anti bacterial toothpaste and mouthwash and etc but still it didnt work and lately my throat is always dry whenever i am sleeping.i got covid last yr june.i hope you can help me

Treatment of Halitosis
Bad breath is termed as halitosis that could be treated using Menthol spray that should be used as needed. In addition to that, the use of Omeprazol 20 mg tab daily is of value to reduce gastric source. Consult gastroentrologist for more evaluation

After proper exam, stool analsis to look for H Pylori infection, Barium swallow study to look for esophageal diverticula and a gastroscope to examin for hiatus hernia
