I have a UTI history and now is paining my back under my hips I just want to ask what is the best medicine. Thank you so much.

Treatment of UTI
UTI is frequenctly caused by bacterial infection that should be treated using Ciprofloxacin 500 mg tab twice daily for one week or using the antibiotic result of urine culture. the treatment of pain should be conducted using Eterocoxib 120 mg tab once daily for 7 days. consult a urologist if not improving
Investigations
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done ,Urine analysis and urine culture

Genital infections
Stones
