What is the treatment
The process of bleaching and bloating could indicate a state of H Pylori infection that should be diagnosed and treated properly using Levofloxacin 500 mg tab once daily for 14 days, Amoxicillin 1000 mg tab twice daily for 14 days and Ezomprazol 40 mg tab once daily for 28 days. if -ve h pylori testing you can use Mebivirin tab twice daily. consult GI specialist
Investigations
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done , H pylori stool Ag Testing , stool analysis for protozoa and colonoscope and gastroscope to diagnose GI malignancies
