What is the treatment of Galactorrhea
Galactorrhea is defined as a state of perisistant nipple dischage of breast milk and should be treated using Cabergolin 0.25 mg tab twice weekly for 4 weeks. consult an endocrinologist
Investigations
After proper physical exam, Prolactin level should be assessed and if elevated and not responding to medical treatment MRI of brain should be done to exclude pituitary adenoma
