Treatment of pimple:
According to your description, such pimple may be treated by surgical draining of pus and good antibiotic as augmentin 500 mg three times daily and daily dressing, and you can take cataflam 50 mg for pain.
Diagnosis of pimple:
It depends on the clinical examination by a surgeon and investigations as CBC, ESR, CRP to detect infection and its degree, and pus culture to detect cause of infection.
Symptoms of pimple:
- Pain
- Redness
- Swelling
- Fever
