Methods of treating nail diseases :
You should perform a medical examination to rule out problems including anemia, calcium deficiency and vitamins that cause such symptoms. You should also eat healthy food from different vitamins and calcium in nutrients such as cheese, fruits and meat. You should also take a remedy such as zinc and vitamins such as Supravitamins every morning, which greatly help in treating your symptoms. If there is any fungal infection or inflammation of the nails, a treatment such as fluconazole or a topical treatment such as Dictarin is prescribed according to the prescription of a specialized dermatologist. In the event of vitamin D deficiency, a treatment such as calcivid or Biodal is prescribed, according to the doctor’s prescription and dosage (50,000 units per week in cases of severe deficiency).
Expected causes of nail diseases :
- Malnutrition .
- Vitamin deficiency.
- Nail-biting .
- Nervousness and tension.
- Vitamin D deficiency .
- lack of calcium .
- other reasons .
Necessary checks:
Clinical medical examination by a dermatologist, a complete blood test for cases of anemia, and a test for calcium and vitamin D.
tip :
Follow up with a specialist dermatologist.
