Typhoid fever treatment:

Once the infection occurs, the patient feels some symptoms, such as high fever, typhoid fever needs medical intervention, as it does not heal by itself, and one of the most important steps of the treatment is fluid replacement and prevention of dehydration that results from diarrhea and vomiting, and then antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for 5 -7 days, or Azithromycin 500 mg a day for five days. As for cases where complications occur, intravenous antibiotics such as Cefotaxime or ceftriaxone are resorted to.
